How to order?
To order tickets, go to the ticket page of our site and follow the ordering process step by step.
I want to receive the tickets to a different address, is this possible?
You can change the delivery address between 3 and 4 weeks before the race. It is your responsibility to make known the change of address by sending us an email with your name, the reference of your order and your new address.
I will be moving before the race. Will I get my tickets on the spot?
In most cases this is not possible. Please inform us in advance of your plans and we will send your tickets to your location.
I will move in the coming months and do not yet know my new address, should I leave this section blank?
No, simply save your current address. Send us an e-mail with your new address as soon as possible.
Should I be present at the specified delivery address in order to personally sign a receipt upon delivery of the tickets?
Yes. WES delivers during office hours. It is often recommended to use your business address for delivery, so that you are present in person to receive the tickets.
What is the delivery cost?
Delivery in France costs 20 Euros, 25 Euros in Europe and 30 Euros for the rest of the world. For more details, please refer to our sales conditions.
When will I receive my tickets?
The order will be sent to you more than 7 days before the German Grand Prix. We cannot precise the delivery date.
What is the tracking number to track my package?
Once you have received the email informing you of the departure of your order, you can track your package using the link provided.
When will my credit card be charged?
Our payment system, Paybox Services, sends a payment request to your bank as soon as you validate your order. If the order is confirmed, the amount will be credited within seven (7) days.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard and AMEX); bank transfers; checks are accepted for France and Monaco ONLY.Bank transfers: Please contact us before to discuss the possibility of payment via bank transfer.
You have 7 days to pay your order by check or bank transfer.
My payment was refused, what should I do?
We recommend you to contact your bank to check what the cause could be. Usually, the bank will resolve the problem by authorizing the transaction. Afterwards, you only have to resubmit the order.If the problem persists, please contact us.
