Article 1: ORDER

An order is considered confirmed as soon as you receive the confirmation e-mail and the copy of your credit card receipt.

Please note that it is your responsibility to provide correct compulsory information (*). Orders that appear to display faults within this information are considered null and void.

We reserve the right to modify any order in case of tickets unavailability.

100% cancellation fee: sold tickets are not refundable when the confirmation e-mail has been received.

Article 2: PRIVACY

Personal information given on Nurburgring-f1.de website will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used to manage your orders and our trade relations.

Article 3: SECURED PAYMENT

Payments made on F1-hockenheim.de are protected by Paybox Services, www.paybox.com, specialized to accept and protect online payments and present in the e-commerce market since 1999.

As an expert in online secured payment, Paybox ensures that sensitive data is transmitted and stored according to high safety standard.

Article 4: PAYMENT

Full payment has to be made by credit card upon date of order.

Amex cards are subject to an additional fee of 3 %.

If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, you have 7 days, within which the payment has to be received. If payment does not arrive within the indicated payment deadline, your order will be cancelled.

Article 5: PRICE

The Currency selection option is just for your information. Tickets are payable in Euros only.

Prices are subject to change during the season and the order will be processed according to the price valid on the date of order.

Article 6: DELIVERY

Delivery will be made to the address, which has been specified online. All orders are sent through our partner WES, Express Delivery, unless indicated otherwise. Please make sure to provide an address where you will personally sign reception of your order.

Please not that it is your responsibility to provide us with a correct address.

Shipping fees are:

- 20 € for France

- 25 € for Europe **

- 30 € for all other countries

You will be informed by e-mail once the tickets have been sent out. You can follow your parcel delivery on WES website (www.wes.fr).

Please note that tickets delivery will be done until latest one week before the German Grand Prix.

Article 7: LIABILITY

We are not responsible for any modification regarding the FIA calendar. We only sell tickets for a specific event. Therefore, if the Formula One Management decides, for whatever reason, to change the date of the Hockenheim Grand Prix, we cannot be held responsible and we are not obliged to inform our clients. No refund will be possible in the situation stated above.
