The circuit, also denoted „The Green Hell“, is situated in Adenau, Rheinland-Pfalz in the Eifel-region. The Nürburgring lies in proximity to the urban centres of the Rhein-Main region with cities Frankfurt and Mainz, as well as to the cities Köln, Düsseldorf and the Ruhrgebiet-region. Hence the circuit is closer than one might imagine!
AIRPORTS
The closest airports are Köln/ Bonn and Frankfurt/ Hahn.
TRAIN
On the „Rhein“-connection you take the train until the city „Remagen.“ From there on exists the „Ahrtalbahn“ (=“Ahrtal“-train) with which you can reach the city „Ahrbrueck.“ The „Ahrtalbahn“ leaves every half hour on weekdays and on the weekend, every hour.
